The Chiricahua National Monument is one of the most spectacular of the Sky Islands in Southeastern Arizona. The surrounding grassseas with desert landscapes is one of Arizona's most scenic places. Hiking around rock formations as tall as skyscrapers with wildlife in multiple  "Life Zones" is an experience not to be missed. This area is home to more species of birds than anywhere else in the lower 48 states.

Cochise County is known as the "Land Of Legends" and here in the  Sulphur Springs Valley, the legends of Cochise and Geronimo are some of the most famous of all.
